2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

On July 16, 2010, the Plaintiff concluded a lifelong cancer insurance contract between the Defendant who is engaged in the postal insurance business and the Defendant, which provides that the Plaintiff’s spouse B shall be subject to the main insurance, the Plaintiff’s beneficiary, and the life-long cancer insurance contract that pays cancer treatment insurance money, etc. with the insurance period of ten years (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

According to the insurance contract of this case, where the deceased is diagnosed and confirmed as cancer after the date of cancer security commencement, the deceased shall be paid KRW 60 million for the first time for more than two years, and the general cancer for more than two years shall be paid KRW 30 million for more than two years. Article 8 of the Lifelong Guarantee Contract 【Termination of the Contract】 Where any cause for the payment of cancer treatment insurance money under Article 15(1)1 occurs (excluding cases where diagnosis has been made in the form of Apryp cancer, Apryp cancer, Apryp cancer, Apryp cancer, Aprypum cancer, and Balpump cancer) to the insured, or the insured dies, this contract shall not be effective from that time.
