1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts
A. On March 1, 2008, the Plaintiff was appointed as an associate professor in charge of lecture B belonging to the Seo River University Education Center (former Department of the Culture Education) for a fixed term of contract from March 1, 2008 to February 28, 2009, according to the regulations on non-permanent faculty of the Seo River University established and operated by the Defendant, and thereafter the contract was renewed between the Defendant and the Defendant for an annual term of contract during a fixed period of contract from March 1, 2015 to February 29, 2016, and the term of contract was renewed as one year from March 1, 2015 to February 29, 2016.
B. On November 19, 2015, the Defendant notified the Plaintiff that he would not renew the appointment contract with the Plaintiff in 2016.

The main contents of the appointment contract concluded on March 1, 2015 between the Plaintiff and the Defendant are as follows.

Article 3 (Period of Contract) The invitation period of "B" shall be from March 1, 2015 to February 29, 2016.
Article 6 (Obligation) “B” shall perform the following duties required by the agents of “A” or “A”, and shall perform their duties as a person who faithfully complies with the provisions of Acts and subordinate statutes and the regulations of the Seo River University and shall perform his best duties:
(1) A person shall take charge of 15 hours a week, and the time of demotion shall be subject to the lecture time table of the relevant semester.
Provided, That if the number of times of liability falls short due to the closure of a lecture, etc., it shall be supplemented in the summer or winter season of the relevant semester.
Article 7 (Renewal of Contract) (1) Renewal of a contract shall be determined according to the ability to perform and the degree of contribution to the B Program.
(2) "B" shall submit documents for renewal of a contract at least 15 days before the end of the last semester during the term of the contract.
