1. The Defendant’s payment order for the acquisition money case against the Plaintiff was issued on March 24, 2010 at the Suwon District Court.

Reasons

1. On March 24, 2010, on the ground that the Defendant indicated the claim acquired the claim against the Plaintiff from the representative B on August 24, 2009, by transfer of the claim against the Plaintiff, the payment order was finalized on March 24, 2010 by the Suwon District Court Branch Branch Order 2010 tea B416, but the said claim itself does not exist, and thus, the Defendant sought non-performance of compulsory execution.
