On May 10, 2013, the Defendant sentenced Cheongju District Court to eight months of imprisonment for the crime of interference with business, etc., and completed the execution of punishment in the Daejeon Correctional District Court on July 26, 2013.

The defendant reported the victim C(59 years of age) to the crime of interference with business, and was present and testified as a witness in the court, and made a malicious testimony to the victim on the ground that he was sentenced to punishment.

1. On August 2013, the Defendant reported to the above victim C, who delivered coffees, to the E’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and the Defendant threatened the victim by saying, “N”, and the same year of width was the same as that of a net death.

2. On September 2, 2013, around 13:20 on September 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim who delivered coffee at the above place; (b) died of the same year in the absence of the law; (c) died of the same year; and (d) did so because of width; and (c) threatened the victim.

3. At around 13:30 on September 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) reported to the victim in Gdain located in F of the Sound Group of Chungcheongbuk-gu, “Sack,” and (b) expressed that the victim would only be aware of, and that the victim would only die.”

4. At around 20:10 on September 21, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol in the above Grash room, she was able to look at the above victim by reporting the same age, nita, and nita. The Defendant expressed the desire to “the same age,” and followed the cryp of coffee on the table.

As a result, the defendant threatened the victim with the purpose of retaliation against the victim who testified in relation to the investigation or trial of his criminal case.
