except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Around March 25, 2014, the Defendant forged private documents at the C film room located in Suwon-si B, Suwon-si, the Defendant entered “E”, “F”, “G”, and “E” in the cell phone address column and signature column in the name column of D/C application form, which was kept in that space by using a color pen.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant forged a copy of the D's application form in the name of E, a private document related to rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, and at the place of the uttering of the above investigation document, exercised one copy of the application for subscription under the name of E, which was forged, to I, who is aware of the forgery, as described in paragraph 1, as if it were duly formed.

Around April 1, 2014, the Defendant received services, etc. equivalent to KRW 110,00,00 from K Women-Only Mandong, which is operated by the J in Sung-si, and acquired pecuniary profits by settling payments of the sum of KRW 30,835,703,03 over a total of 208 times from around that time to October 14, 2017, where the credit card was issued by gathering the name of E, as described in paragraphs (1) and (2), as he/she was the lawful holder of the credit card under the name of E, as the legitimate holder of the credit card.

On April 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) withdrawn KRW 300,000 for cash services using the said E’s credit card from a Lbank cash payment period managed by an employee in unsound circumstances; (b) and (c) from around that time to September 25, 2017, the Defendant withdrawn KRW 31,500,000 for a total of 74 times, as indicated in the list of crimes in attached Table 2, from around that time, to around September 25, 2017.
