1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.
The reasoning of the judgment of this court is the same as that of the first instance judgment, and thus, it is acceptable in accordance with Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
(1) The court of first instance is justified in finding facts and determining the first instance even if the evidence duly admitted and examined by the court of first instance shows evidence No. 22 through 29, and there is no error as alleged by the plaintiff as the grounds for appeal). Therefore, the court of first instance is justifiable, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
