1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 338,33,90 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 31, 2018 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: A claim for payment of the amount of 338,33,90 won for goods based on the supply contract for processed meat products concluded on March 26, 2014 by the plaintiff and the defendant (the defendant's obligation to pay unpaid amount), and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint to the day of complete payment (the original copy of the payment order).
