1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 2, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On September 14, 2006, the Plaintiff offered a loan of KRW 20,000,000 to the Defendant. However, the Plaintiff sought payment of interest and consolation money for ten years due to its failure to pay up to the date.
