A and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment of one year and six months, by imprisonment of two years, and by imprisonment of eight months, respectively.

The Defendants were willing to operate the “O”, which is the other ice fraud site, and induce the remaining female members only as if they were female members, and to take over the sales price of an item, such as “the right to use another tin only,” etc. Defendant A, who is a general manager of the above site, and to take charge of the management and operation of the site, the management and operation of the affiliated (advertising), the management of the affiliated (advertising) company, the withdrawal of profits, and the collection with male members. On May 3, 2017, the Defendants sent the victim S and hosting who joined the “O” as a member of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu R 307, and sent the victim a page that leads the victim only to the remaining conditions, i.e., the Defendants made a false statement as if they were to purchase the “ac item” at the remaining cost, i.e., only once in South Korea (20,000 won).

However, the above "O" does not allow female members to join, and the defendants are women.
