A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2 million.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

A person who takes over a motor vehicle shall apply for the registration of transfer of the ownership of the motor vehicle to the Mayor/Do governor, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, and where the transferee of the motor vehicle intends to transfer the motor vehicle again to a third party,

1. On March 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) transferred the G observer car registered in the name of F from the D parking lot located in the Busan District of Busan, with KRW 2.39 million and without registering the transfer of ownership in the name of the Defendant; and (b) transferred the car to the operator of the used vehicle selling company in mutual distress in the name of the Defendant on March 20, 2012; (c) around May 2, 2012, the Defendant received KRW 2.5 million from the D parking lot located in the Busan District of Busan, to the operator of the used vehicle selling company in mutual distress in the name of the Defendant; and (d) on May 2, 2012, the Defendant received KRW 5.8 million from E in the name of the Defendant, and received KRW 9.7 million in the name of the Defendant, reporting the transfer of the car to the owner of the car in the name of the Plaintiff on May 4, 2012, and received KRW 9.7 million in the name of the Plaintiff.

2. Around July 30, 2012, Defendant B acquired Q SM5 car registered in the name of P from the O parking lot located in Busan District, Busan District, with KRW 4.7 million, the Defendant did not file an application for registration of transfer of ownership within 15 days without justifiable grounds. Around January 15, 2014, Defendant B transferred 5.5 million for Tpote car registered in the name of R from the O parking lot located in Busan District, Busan District, with KRW 5.5 million and transferred 15 days within the name without justifiable grounds.
