마약류관리에관한법률위반(향정)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Records of Crimes】 On October 26, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Central District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 2, 2018.
【Criminal facts】 The Defendant is not the handler of narcotics
1. On June 1, 2017, the Defendant purchased a penphone by means of sending KRW 800,000 in cash to a non-personal account known to him/her that he/she became aware of in contact with a smartphone “C” and “C” at a non-fluoring place, and by means of finding about KRW 1 1 g of the mecopty cloid, which is a part of the instant non-name-based mental medicine (hereinafter “self-fluorlphone”) concealed by the network of the building D adjacent to Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
2. On July 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around July 20, 2017, at the Defendant’s dwelling room in Gangseo-gu Seoul E-Ba 201; (b) opened cash 40,000 won from a male with “B” type; and (c) sold a phiphone with approximately 0.05 g of phiphones.
3. At around 02:00 on July 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) injected philophones into the injection machine listed in the above Defendant’s dwelling plan; (b) dumped 0.05g of philophones; and (c) injected philophones into the slophones; and (d) injected philophones.
4. On July 11, 2017, the Defendant, holding philophones, divided the sum of 0.33g philophones into six for a single-use type-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-
