2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On October 18, 2007, the Plaintiff entered into the instant insurance contract with the Defendant on October 18, 2047, designating the Plaintiff as the principal insured, the Plaintiff as the beneficiary, and the Plaintiff as the beneficiary (hereinafter “instant insurance”).

B. In light of the content of the instant insurance contract’s guarantee, the Plaintiff’s hospitalization benefits shall be paid in the amount of more than three days per day to more than 100,000 won per day when the Plaintiff continued to be hospitalized for not less than 4 days due to a major sexual disease.

C. Major contents of the instant insurance terms are as follows.

Article 15 (Definition, Diagnosis, Confirmation, and Operation of Sexual Diseases) (1) Major sexual diseases in this contract mean cerebrovascular diseases, cardioscular diseases, cardioscular diseases, crymosiss, melting, and dementia.

(2) "Hospitalization" in Article 16 means the case where it is deemed by a doctor to require medical treatment due to a major sexual disease, etc., and it is difficult to provide medical treatment in his/her own house, etc. and concentrate on medical treatment under the control of the doctor.

Article 17 (Types of and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) Class 4: Where the insured is diagnosed and confirmed as a major sexual disease after the date of commencement of guarantee during the insurance period, and is hospitalized for at least four consecutive days for direct purposes of treatment.
