2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On June 26, 2007 and August 23, 2007, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract of this case with the Defendant as the insured each of the insurance contracts listed in [Attachment 1] and the insurance contract listed in [Attachment 1] and Paragraph 2 [Attachment 1], with the Defendant as the insured (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”), and entered into an insurance contract of this case as “No. 1 insurance contract” and “No. 2 insurance contract” among the above insurance contracts.

B. After entering into the instant insurance contract, the Defendant received hospital treatment for a total of 191 days from December 25, 2007 to June 27, 2016, as indicated in the “the details of payment of the insurance proceeds” in attached Tables 2 and 3 following the conclusion of the instant insurance contract, such as prone fladivists, spine escape certificates, prone training life, knee persium, and 75,950,000 won under the first insurance contract, and the Defendant received insurance proceeds from the Plaintiff in total of 94,229,308 won, including KRW 18,279,308 under the second insurance contract.

C. The Defendant concluded various insurance contracts and received insurance proceeds from March 24, 2001 to March 17, 2006. The Defendant concluded 12 insurance contracts with Kant Life Insurance Co., Ltd. and 12 new life insurance Co., Ltd., and concluded 19 insurance contracts with multiple insurance companies including the Plaintiff, as shown in the attached Table 3 “Total List of Insurance Contracts” between July 19, 2006 and November 7, 2014. Most of the above insurance contracts concluded by the Defendant include 9 contracts, the effect of which is maintained as of the date of closing the argument of the instant case, including the insurance contract, injury (disaster) or disease per day of the insurance contract, the content and nature of which are similar to that of the instant insurance contract, and the total insurance premiums borne by the Defendant pursuant to the aforementioned 9 insurance contracts are from July 19, 2006 to November 16, 2016).
