If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

At around 22:00 on January 18, 2013, the Defendant ordered the VictimJ, who is an employee of the place, to pay food costs normally. As such, the Defendant ordered the VictimJ to do so.

In fact, even if the defendant was provided with food from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, was provided with 15,500 won in total at the market price from the victim, and 1 madin and 1 padin.
