However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Defendant and victim B (the age of 48) were de facto marital relations.

On October 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 13:50 on October 2, 2018, at the residence of the victim of Tong Young-si C Apartment D, and (b) the Defendant heard the horses that he dances from the victim on the ground that he was out of the Province; (c) obstructed the body of the victim; (d) obstructed the victim’s neck; and (e) obstructed the victim’s neck (15.5cm in length and 27.5cm in length) with a knife, which is a dangerous object in the living room singinging of the victim; and (e) stated that the victim “scopage, knife in the knife in the knife.”
