1. The Defendant’s KRW 36,00,000 and its related amount are 5% per annum from March 2, 2012 to December 25, 2014 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On November 14, 201, the Plaintiff made a loan with the maturity of KRW 36 million to the Defendant on March 1, 2012. From March 2, 2012, the day following the said loan and its repayment period until the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, the Plaintiff filed a claim for damages for delay calculated at the rate of 5% per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act and 20% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
