1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 562,435,028 and KRW 390,000 among them, from October 15, 2009 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: On October 25, 2003, the plaintiff lent 390,000,000 won to the defendant under a joint and several surety of C Co., Ltd. without interest to the defendant as of October 25, 2004 and as at 20% per annum of overdue interest rate. The judgment by service on October 14, 2009 (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act) is rendered by public notice.
