Reasons

1. On October 22, 2010, the Plaintiff sought confirmation that the Defendant was unable to receive reimbursement from the Defendant in accordance with the instant judgment on loans (No. 2010Da32835, Oct. 22, 2010), and that the instant lawsuit was filed for the interruption of extinctive prescription of claims based on the said judgment. 2.
