The defendant is a person who operates the E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office registered under the name of the wife No. 104 of the C Building No. 104 with the above D.

1. On June 201, at the above E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office of the above E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office, the Defendant stated that “When us received the housing site for the combined use of I block stores from the Korea Land & Housing Corporation in Ansan-si, which was sold in lots by H, she would transfer the housing site to H, she would transfer the housing site to the victim F and G in the above E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office, she would transfer the housing site in the form of resale, 175,00,000 won in addition to the purchase price, the sales contract was defective in the form of resale, she would transfer the housing site to 175,00,000 won in addition to the purchase price.”

However, at the time, the Defendant was placed in investment in other real estate by lending the amount equivalent to one billion won from the other, and the above D had to return all of its debts equivalent to 65 million won from the bank. Thus, even if the Defendant received the money from the victims as the purchase price of the above real estate, he did not pay it to the above H and did not have any intention or ability to complete the registration of ownership transfer for the said real estate.

As above, the defendant, in collusion with the above D, deceiving the victims, thereby deceiving them.
