1. The plaintiff is based on the insurance contract described in Paragraph 1 of the attached list with respect to the insurance accident described in paragraph 2 of the attached list.
Reasons
1. On February 5, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract entered into with D as indicated in attached Table 1, and D committed suicide on December 11, 2014 as described in attached Table 2.
According to the above insurance contract, the insurance money shall not be paid if the insured committed suicide before two years have elapsed from the date of commencement of guarantee. Thus, the plaintiff is not obliged to pay the insurance money to the defendants who are the beneficiary.
