1. No person who violates the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act shall sell or keep fake petroleum products;

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) sold fake petroleum products with a large volume of 62 services, such as 45,00 won for the mixture of small scropers and Aelcers into the 18 foot box box; and (b) sold fake petroleum products with a large volume of 62 services, such as 45,00 won for the mixture of small scropers and Aelcers, and around April 19, 2012, with facilities such as 93, 95, plastic tank C, 5, 1, 1, and 1, and 18, respectively; and (c) sold fake petroleum products with a large volume of 3,600 litres from the above container around April 19, 2012.

2. The Defendant is a person engaged in the business of keeping and selling fake petroleum products.

On April 19, 2012, the Defendant, at the foregoing container around 21:32, 2012, operated a motor vehicle to move fake petroleum products stored in a plastic tank into 18 litrespond. Fake petroleum products, which are fake petroleum products, were easy to put up, and the container is narrow and sealed, and there were no facilities such as a recovery device of plastic vapor, fire prevention device, and fire extinguishing equipment, and thus, in handling the trial, the Defendant neglected his duty of care to prevent fire in handling the trial, and put the flame on the mother to the stop, 93 and 95 of the container’s container’s container’s container’s container’s door attached to the iron plate.

Ultimately, the defendant destroyed a building owned by another person due to occupational negligence.
