1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 21, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. On May 13, 2008, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 30,000,000 to the Defendant on May 13, 2010.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 21, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint sought by the Plaintiff.
2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
