Examining the evidence duly adopted and examined by the lower court and the first instance court, the lower court was justifiable to have determined that the facts charged in the instant case was guilty on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

There is no violation of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules.

Meanwhile, among the grounds of appeal, the argument that the defendant's act of transmitting text messages constitutes self-defense is not legitimate grounds of appeal, as alleged in the ground of appeal by the defendant or by the court below's ex officio decision.

Furthermore, even if we look at the defendant's act, it cannot be viewed as self-defense.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
