[Criminal record] On September 12, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor by the Seoul Central District Court on September 12, 2014, and was sentenced to three months of imprisonment with prison labor by the same court on May 21, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Detention Center on September 23, 2015.

[Criminal facts]

1. On November 29, 2015, the Defendant attempted to proceed to the public official, and misrepresentation of the public official qualification: (a) discovered the Chinese bridge C (V, 66 years old) who was illegally staying in the air-conditioning 5 in the air-conditioning 3 mobile power station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul at around November 2015; (b) shown the victim the police stand mark attached in advance to the inside of the wall to the victim and shown that the victim was a police officer; (c) shown that the Defendant was a police officer; (d) there is no identification card; and (e) there is a request for illegal stay at the police station in this context, and (e) there is a demand for deportation.
