Criminal facts

1. On November 5, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and the Road Traffic Act (dless driving) on the roads in front of the “Hannnnnnnnnununununununun” in 123 at a considerable part of Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, 123, without obtaining a bicycle license for motor device driving around 19:17 on November 5, 2017, driving CCA 110Eba while under the influence of alcohol content of about 1.15 km from the roads in front of the “Hanununununununununununununking” to the roads in front of 107, middle-ro, 105 meters

As a result, the Defendant, who violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice, was driving the above Oba in violation of it again.

2. The Defendant is a holder of CCA110E who has violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act.

No owner of a motor vehicle shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, the defendant operated the above Oral Ba which was not covered by mandatory insurance, such as the date, time, place, etc. mentioned in paragraph 1.
