Defendant

A served as the Director of General Planning Bureau of N, an incorporated association which has obtained permission for the establishment of the Ministry of Knowledge Economy around 2010, and actually runs an O corporation which is mainly engaged in the analysis, reliability test, evaluation, consulting, etc. of products of manufacturing companies. Defendants B and C are researchers of the above O corporation, who are in charge of the analysis, reliability test, evaluation, etc. under the direction of Defendant A, and who are in charge of the analysis, reliability test, evaluation, etc. under the direction of Defendant A, and Defendants D and E are in charge of the former P (Death on October 10, 201), Defendant D and Defendant E are in charge of the manufacture and sale of the portable gas apparatus in Q2 building in Bupyeong-gu Q2, Busan, respectively.

Defendant

A, the Korean Institute for Advancement of Technology under the Ministry of Knowledge Economy (Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy) has executed the subsidy related to the business of proliferation of technology based on the reliability of components and materials (hereinafter referred to as "reliability subsidy") in accordance with the announcement of the implementation plan for the business of diffusion of technology based on the reliability of components and materials in the second half of 2010.

Accordingly, Defendant A submitted a business plan to the effect that “A will improve the reliability technology of existing products against Korea Industrial Technology Advancement Institute,” and submitted the business plan to the effect that “A person who received a grant for reliability by submitting a new business plan to the effect that “A will improve the reliability technology of gas gas (S) and gas (T), which is a product before the improvement of the problems, such as the phenomenon of effication of chlosion,” and that “A will receive a grant for reliability,” and the Defendant A consented to the Defendant A’s plan with the approval of the aforesaid RP P, who is one of his own employees, and the Defendant A contacted the Defendant B and the Defendant C, a model model of R, with contact with the Defendant E (S).
