1. The defendant is based on sale and purchase on October 8, 1979 with respect to 1/39 shares out of 27.1 square meters in Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, on October 8, 1979, purchased 1/13 shares of 1/13 of the Nam-gu Busan metropolitan area 27.1m2 from the network D, and occupied and used the said real estate from that time.
Defendant, E, and F are the successors of the network D.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer on October 8, 1979 with respect to the above real estate inheritance shares (1/39) to the plaintiff.
2. Article 208 (3) 2, and Article 150 (3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment deemed to be a confession.
