However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant is a person who works as security guards in D, a corporation operated by C from July 2, 2014 to December 31, 2016.

After withdrawal from the above company on March 6, 2017, the defendant submitted a written complaint to the Busan Regional Labor Employment Agency (hereinafter referred to as "the defendant directly entered his name in the signature column of the back of the 2016 working contract and exercised the name by forging his signature although he did not have any private person." On April 24, 2017, at the Busan Regional Police Station (hereinafter referred to as the "MM")'s 4 team, "the name of the defendant was signed directly on the front part of the working contract in 2014, 2015, but the name was not directly stated on the back side of the 2016 working contract, the back part was forged, the defendant's name was not stated on the back part of the 2016 working contract, and the defendant's name was not stated on the back part of the 2016 working contract, and the defendant's name was stated on the back part of the 2016 working contract."

However, the lower part of the back of the contract in 2016 did not have forged the Defendant’s signature with the name and signed by C.

As a result, the defendant brought C with the aim of having C be subject to criminal punishment.
