At around 05:00 on November 10, 2013, the Defendant driven the said vehicle 15 KK from Echeon-si Ho-si to Escopsidong (specific water: - Jeonju No. - 2907H452140H1) while under the influence of alcohol level 0.17% (blood appraisal result).
