If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On March 23, 2009, the Defendant purchased insurance products of the Victim Hyundai Marine Fire Insurance (State), the Victim Hyundai Marine Fire Insurance (State), the Victim Il Fire Fire Insurance (State), the Victim's Green Damage Insurance (State), the Victim LIG Loss Insurance (State), the Victim's interesting fire insurance (State), and the Victim's Mtsts Fire Marine Insurance (State).

The defendant was hospitalized in the D Hospital located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government for 20 days from May 27, 2009 to June 15, 2009, on the ground that the defendant taken away goods from the defendant's house and sold goods in his/her will, and claimed insurance proceeds from the victims.

However, the fact was not enough to receive hospitalized treatment, even though the injury was not caused or suffered from snow death.

Accordingly, the defendant deceiving the victims as such, and received a total of 10,647,937 won from the victims as insurance money, and acquired it by fraud.
