1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons

On November 13, 2012, the Plaintiff completed the construction work as ordered by the Defendant and up to May 2013, 2013, among the construction works of the officetel in the JeonjuB Office: (a) an additional construction work not specified in the Bridge; and (b) the Defendant asserts that the Plaintiff should pay the Plaintiff KRW 17,90,000,000,000 excluding the Defendant paid KRW 3,100,000,000 from the additional construction cost 21,000,000; (c) however, there is insufficient evidence to acknowledge that the Plaintiff’s construction cost not paid by the Defendant exceeds KRW 3,10,000,000,000; (d) the fact-finding results on the Hanju General Construction Co., Ltd.
