2. The costs of the lawsuit shall be borne by the representative of the plaintiff.

A. 1) K is a member of the “L clan” and is a member of the “L clan,” and as a child, children J, son N, Defendant B, sonO, and Qu students died on October 26, 2016. 2) The children of J are R (S) and TU students, and Defendant B’s children are Defendant D (V) and Defendant F (W students).

3) Defendant C is the wife of Defendant B, and Defendant E was married with Defendant D and divorced. (B) On August 15, 1995, K constituted five children and himself and their descendants as a religious member to establish the Plaintiff for the purpose of making the preparation of a vessel, managing property, mutual friendship, etc., and held the inaugural general meeting. At the general meeting, the general meeting was adopted to establish the rules (No. 11-2, hereinafter “instant rules”) and to elect K as the representative of the Plaintiff’s president. The main contents of the above Code shall be as follows:

Article 1 (Name) This clan is referred to as "A" among the clans A.

Article 2 (Purpose) The purpose of this clans is to contribute to the preservation and management of the graves of the calendars, the number and relics of the memorials, and the property of the clans and to promote friendship among the clans.

Article 3 (Provisions) The clans of this clans shall be comprised of a woman of full age of 20 years or more of full age or a woman of full age or more.

Article 4 (Office) The office of this clan shall be located in X-gu of the Cheongju-si.

Article 7 (Council)

1. The general meeting shall be an ordinary general meeting and an extraordinary general meeting;

2. The ordinary general meeting shall be convened by the president on January 1 of each year, and the extraordinary general meeting shall be convened by the president at the request of two-thirds or more of the clan members; and

Article 8 (Establishment of General Meeting) The General Assembly shall be formed with attendance of not less than 2/3 of the members of a clan.

Article 9 (Quorum)

1. The general assembly shall, unless there are special circumstances, be a majority of the members of the clan;
