From around 2005 to January 2015, the Defendant was in charge of H in charge of the examination conference on the building in the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Eunpyeong-ro Red 4-ro Round, and has been in charge of the recruitment of applicants and supervising the examination for the qualification test for the qualification test for the Chinese water supply system to the university's 70 universities located in the country where there are the candidates for the university military officers (ROTC).

The Korean Association for Han-han Education, an incorporated association, is an institution accredited by the Ministry of Education as a private qualification under the Framework Act on Qualifications for the qualification for Han-do Water Supply (Grade II, II, I, I, I, and I), and the Korean Association for Han-do Water Supply is an subordinate organization established by the Korean Council for Han-do Water Supply to implement the above qualification examination for Han-do Water Supply.

1. On April 14, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the Defendant conducted the 63th test for the first floor lecture room of K University Engineering 4, the first floor lecture room of K University, and the second class test for the second class for the second class of the Korean Water Supply Qualification Test, the Defendant instructed L, a candidate for the above university military officer, to undergo a separate test after the scheduled test was completed, and submitted to L, M, N, P, P, Q, Q, R, T, U,V, W, X, etc. 12 notified by L were gathered in the lecture room after the scheduled test was completed, and the Defendant divided the answer questions prepared by other students who applied for the above 12 examination, and prepared the answer answer sheet, and then submitted them to the employee in charge of the examination for the name marking as seen above.

From that time to December 8, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Korea Testing and Inspection Meeting Y's Han-do Water Quality Qualification Test by deceptive means, as shown in the attached Table Y (1) from that time, the Defendant obstructed the business of the Korea Testing and Inspection Meeting Y's Han-do Water Quality Qualification Test.
