No person shall transfer or take over any access medium used to issue a transaction instruction in electronic financial transactions or to secure the authenticity and accuracy of users and the details of such transaction or set up a pledge thereon.

On October 2016, the Defendant: (a) received a phone call from a person who is unable to know his/her name at a place where it is unknown; (b) “I will give two million won per month on the lease of the physical card,” and (c) on October 20, 2016, the Defendant transferred to Kwikset service articles sent by a person who is not aware of his/her name, one copy of the physical card, which is an electronic financial transaction access medium connected to the Saemaul Bank Account (D) in the name of the Defendant, to the Kwikset service articles sent by a person who is not aware of his/her name.
