1. On October 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 21:50 on October 21, 2018, 2018, entered the victim D’s house located in the B apartment of Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, into the house; (b) opened the entrance door and intrudes into the living room, and then cut down one half of the amount of cash worth of KRW 3,150,000, market price of KRW 800,000.

2. Intrusion upon residence;

B. On November 16, 2018, around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a studio door in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju; (b) opened a studio door, which was not corrected; and (c) went into the studio, thereby infringing on the victim’s residence.

C. At around 13:30 on November 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened and entered a closed gate in the victim J in Gwangju Mine-gu; and (b) cut locked lockeds and intruded the victim’s residence by using a cut machine in the storage of the front gate; and (c) cutting lockeds; and (d) intrusion upon the victim’s residence.

3. Larceny;

A. The Defendant cut off KRW 400,000, which is the victim’s possession, within a bank located at the time, place, and place set forth in paragraph 2(a).

B. The Defendant, in the order of Paragraph 2’s date, time, place, and place, stolen the low-water 320,000 won in cash owned by the victim.

C. The Defendant stolen KRW 1,800 in cash located at the time, place, and place of Paragraph 2(c).
