1. Basic facts
A. The parties' relations with the parties are supplying fertilizers to the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation (hereinafter "CF"), and the plaintiff and the defendants are creditors of the non-party company.
B. On January 8, 2013, the non-party company: (a) prepared a notarized deed of promissory note No. 201, No. 201, No. 2013, which was a notary public’s office No. 2013, on March 31, 2013, to the Plaintiff for the payment of the price for delivery of machinery of machinery.

C. (1) On April 18, 2013, Defendant A received a notarial deed of promissory note No. 2013 and No. 00540 from the non-party Company’s non-party company’s face value KRW 100 million, and on May 15, 2013, Defendant A received a notarial deed of promissory note No. 2013 and No. 00540 from the non-party company’s non-party company’s non-party company’s non-party company’s claim amounting to KRW 100,000,000 from the Incheon District Court’s vice versa. Defendant A received the same order from the above court on May 21, 2013, and then the decision was served on the NAF.
(2) On May 2, 2013, Defendant B received a promissory note No. 653 from Nonparty Company’s non-party company’s face value KRW 700 million, and on May 24, 2013, the date of payment, from Defendant B’s notary public’s receipt of a promissory note No. 2013 and No. 653, 2013. As a title, Defendant B’s vice- branch of the Incheon District Court was Nonparty Company No. 2013
