On June 20, 2013, A was sentenced to two months of imprisonment, one year of imprisonment, and one month of imprisonment in the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of each sentence in the Busan District Court on February 8, 2014.
[2] Notwithstanding the fact that Defendant A is not a narcotics handler, Defendant A administered a penphone on November 23, 2016 at the residence of the Defendant on the 2nd half of the two-year period following the release of the drug, on November 23, 2016, by dilution approximately 0.05 g of Mesophical drugs (i.e., Busan East-gu D Building No. 203, U.S. D.) (i. 203) with the mecopon by dilution approximately 0.05 g of mecopon, which is a local mental medicine.

1. Defendants’ establishment of a joint gambling place, joint confinement, joint conflict, and joint coercion
A. On June 2016, the Defendants: (a) leased a detached house located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan (hereinafter “instant gambling house”); (b) around KRW 330,000,000 monthly from the deposit to KRW 1 million; (c) Defendant A was in charge of managing the instant gambling site as a gambling place; and (d) Defendant B conspired to open a gambling place in a way that would play a role of gathering people to gamble; and (c) Defendant B was in charge of providing meals, coffees, etc. to the gambling persons.
위와 같은 공모에 따라 피고인들은 2016. 6. 21. 20:00 경부터 다음날 (2016. 6. 22.) 05:00 경까지 이 사건 도박장에 F, G, H을 불러 모아 미리 준비한 화투 52 장을 이용하여 점 당 3,000원의 판돈을 걸고 수십 회에 걸쳐 속칭 ‘ 고 스톱’ 이라는 도박을 하게 하고( 이하 ‘ 제 1 차 도박판’ 이라 한다), 그들 로부터 자릿세[ 속칭 ‘ 데 라’(てらせん, 寺 의 줄인 말)] 명목으로 매회 3,000원에서 12,000원을 받았다.
