On April 29, 2013, at around 10:20 on April 29, 2013, the Defendant driven C Poter truck under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.239% in the direction of the police station of the Tongdong-gun, Gyeongdong-gun, Jinnam-gun, in front of the German village located in the Jindong-gun, Jinnam-gun, Jinnam-gun.
