【Criminal Facts】

1. At around 18:10 on December 17, 2014, the Defendant thief, at the “E” drinking house of the victim’s “E” located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Seoul commercial building 107, where the victim was suffering from the wall of the bank, one credit card of the national bank owned by the victim in the market price, one credit card of the new cooperative, one driver’s license, one copy of the driver’s license, and one copy of the resident registration certificate, which contain one copy on the Defendant’s own, and continually drink and drink it on the Defendant’s own, and around 19:00 on the same day, the victim spawn again and 80,000 won mobile phone owned by the victim in the table.

As a result, the defendant stolen the wallets and cellular phone equivalent to 800,000 won in total of the market price owned by the victim.
