A. Plaintiff Ackykero Co., Ltd.: The loan amount of KRW 763,300,000 on the loan agreement between the said Plaintiff and the Defendant on December 31, 2014, part of KRW 400,000,000, and damages for delay thereof.

B. Plaintiff A: 60,00,000 won on June 16, 2015, and 40,000,000 won on June 19, 2015, and damages for delay thereof, each of the above Plaintiff’s loans to the Defendant; and

2. Article 203 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (Article 203 (3) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings shall apply from the day following the day on which the complaint is served, and
