The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

1. On January 12, 2016, in front of the residence of the victim C(45) located in Ansan-si, Masan-si, 105 Dong-dong 106 (3), the Defendant put up a handout while having one security guard and two police officers to the right side of the victim in the presence of one security guard and two police officers, thereby openly insulting the victim.

2. Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act, Article 327 Subparag. 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act (a written agreement that the victim received on March 2, 2016) that the public prosecution dismissed shall be revoked;
