1. 제1심 판결 이유의 인용 이 법원이 이 사건에 관하여 적을 이유는 제1심 판결 제2쪽 10, 11행의 ‘원고는 2009. 11.경부터 조형부에 근무하다가 2012. 8.경부터 탈사부에서 근무하였다.’를 ‘원고는 2009. 11. 17.부터 조형부에서 근무하다가, 2012. 8. 8.부터는 탈사부에서 근무하였다.’로 고쳐 쓰고, 제4쪽 2, 3행의 ‘만 60세가 되는 달읠 말일까지’를 ‘만 60세가 되는 달의 말일까지’로 고쳐 쓰는 이외에는 제1심 판결의 해당부분 기재와 같으므로, 민사소송법 제420조 본문에 의하여 이를 그대로 인용한다.
2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified within the above scope of recognition, and the remaining claims shall be dismissed as it is without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is just in this conclusion, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
