1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000;
2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On April 7, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (organization and activity of an organization) at the Busan High Court. On July 25, 2012, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million by committing a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act at the Busan District Court. On November 21, 2012, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million by the Busan District Court for fraud. On February 6, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court for fraud and completed the execution of the sentence on August 7, 2014.
On September 2015, the Defendant: (a) informed of the fact that overseas remote gambling using the Republic of Korea is character and conduct in accordance with the direction through the international telephone of domestic gambling actors, and (b) came to know of the fact that overseas remote gambling using the Republic of Korea (avatar’s gambling method) is charactered; (c) Do-type gambling, “the phone-type,” “the phone-type,” “the phone-type,” and “the phone-type (xy); hereinafter, “the instant house-type gambling”),” which was established in a casino gambling place located in a foreign country, including the Philippines, via the Internet site; and (d) decided to drink gambling in accordance with the direction of the instant gambling actors through the international telephone.

Then, the defendant had access to the above site in Busan, on the same day, and then had a video camera image in the above gambling room in real time, F.C.
