1. Of the distribution schedule prepared on January 23, 2017 by the above court with respect to the Busan District Court C distribution procedure case, the defendant is against the defendant.

Reasons

1. On the premise that the Defendant lent KRW 200 million to the Plaintiff in the case of the distribution procedure indicated in Paragraph (1) of the Disposition No. 1 of the Claim, the above court paid dividends of KRW 70,892,864 to the Defendant, but on the ground that, in the Busan District Court Decision 2016Gadan51299, the Defendant claimed the return of KRW 200 million against the Plaintiff, the above court dismissed the Defendant’s claim on June 15, 2017, and the above judgment becomes final and conclusive on June 30, 201.
