1. According to the records of the accused case, the accused and the respondent for the attachment order (hereinafter “defendant”) submitted a written appeal within the statutory period, and the appellate brief was also presented within the statutory period. However, the accused case did not indicate any reasons for each of the accused case.

2. Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the records, it is just for the court below to determine the defendant's risk of recidivism and order the defendant to attach an electronic tracking device for five years, and there is no error in the misapprehension of legal principles as to the risk of recidivism.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
