If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On August 25, 2006, the Defendant is the president who operates a “BP School”, which is a training establishment for vocational skills development designated by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

The Defendant used the fact that a trainee attends at least 80% of the class days of the vocational training course conducted by himself/herself, he/she would pay training expenses, etc. to a maximum of 50,000 won from the Daegu Employment Center of the Employment and Labor Agency as a national subsidy. In doing so, the Defendant intended to unlawfully receive the national subsidy for vocational training expenses by registering the students who do not attend the above course as trainees of the above course, or by registering the students who attend the above course as having attended the above course for more than the standard number of days.

On March 13, 2013, the Defendant received training expenses of KRW 500,00 and KRW 284,00 from the Daegu Employment Center, including receiving training expenses of KRW 17,322,463, and training participation support allowances of KRW 10,746,00, total amount of KRW 28,68,463, and KRW 10,00, and total of KRW 28,68,463, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, even though D, a trainee of the above course, was absent for at least four days due to his/her failure to attend the actual process, and was treated as having completed the above process normally.
