Reasons

1. Basic facts

(a) Ansan-si Group H, I, J, and K (hereinafter “instant building”) is a commercial building consisting of five underground floors and two buildings with ten floors above the ground. B. The instant building was completed on or around February 28, 2006, and around June 2006, M Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “M”) delegated the right to lease the part of the instant building from the first to the fifth above ground (hereinafter “instant store”) to the lessee (hereinafter “existing lessee”) and leased the instant building to the lessee, and around February 27, 2007, in order to distinguish it from N Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant store”). Although the previous lessee opened a store with “O” around September 30, 2006, the building was closed on or around February 27, 2007 due to business deterioration.

C. The store of this case is 1,884, and around April 2007, the 1,146 number of buyers of the above store including the plaintiff, entrusted the management of the store owned by them to the defendant, and 390 stores of the buyers who did not complete the registration because they did not fully pay the sale price due to the purchase of the store, are subject to the name of the Han River Industry Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Seman Industrial Development”) through the name of the execution company of the building of this case (hereinafter “Ceman”), or the Ceeman Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Ceman”) around June 2006.
