At around 15:45 on February 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) expressed his intent to “A person who was free of her own disease” in front of Hongcheon-gun B, Hongcheon-gun, the Defendant, upon receiving a report from 112, and sought personal information from Hongcheon Police Station C District border D, dispatched to the site, and attempted to flee on several occasions without disclosing it. As such, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of D's 112 Reporting Cases, a police official.
