2. The judgment is based on the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below. In other words, the victim consistently testified that the defendant, who was walking in the F Hospital corridor at the time, had got the victim's left part with the victim's left part of the defendant's left part of the victim. The defendant and the victim appear to have been hospitalized in the above hospital and did not have good others. In light of the situation at the time and the relation between the defendant and the victim, it is difficult to view that the defendant used the victim who was walking in the face of the defendant as above and did not cause a fighting. Rather, considering the fact that the defendant was able to fully recognize the facts that the defendant used the victim as stated in the facts charged in this case.

Therefore, the defendant's above assertion is without merit.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
