1. The defendant shall jointly and severally pay to the plaintiff KRW 50 million with limited liability companies C and shall pay to the plaintiff the full payment from December 19, 2019.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff indicated the claim on October 16, 2019 set the due date as October 25, 2019 and lent KRW 50 million to the limited liability company C, and the Defendant jointly and severally guaranteed the said debt.
